I picture this scene just the night after her coronation... where their hearts and ambitions to both are satisfied, and where Bess is *only* wearing her coronation cape.
((in my headcanon, 1487 is a pivotal year in their relationship: just one year after the birth of their little Prince and the year where a pretender claiming the throne appeared as well. i think that during the campaign against him, away from his Queen and son, Henry realized he had feelings for Elizabeth, their new family and that he could trust her. The coronation came indeed very soon after his victory. "Hey Bess, I realized that I trust and love you? Do you want a crown?" "Oh Henry! I am filled with happiness! Let's conceive more Princes and Princesses!"
